We look into the energy flow and activity of energy centers of your body- chakras in pregnancy and during birth. Whether you are thinking of getting pregnant or are pregnant this workshop takes you on a journey through a fertile body, fear release and birthing relaxation.

Together we discover breathing techniques, phases of uterine muscles working that facilitate birthing in the most relaxed, spontaneous and natural way. We discuss the hormonal and chemical changes in your body during pregnancy, birth and postpartum, suggest best birthing positions, share and chat about personal experiences, journal and answer questions.

One of the first jobs of the year was welcoming back a lovely woman who has been before for Hypnotherapy with me, knew it worked and wanted help to overcome fear of an pcoming dental treatment. We worked together on Monday and I got a lovely message yesterday (with kind permission to share);

🌟 Introducing the warm and wonderful Katarina Midla to the Flow For All team! 🌟

Katarina will be offering two weekly Reiki sessions from our treatment room, every Thursday and Friday at 7:30 PM, starting from next week (June 6th). Available to book on the website now!

“Serendipity” is my favorite word. My journey began in empirical science and academia, but through a series of wonderful events, I’ve come to understand that all is energy. I am passionate about meeting new people, making a home, looking after my family, cooking, reading, learning, self-development, and healing.

My transformative journey with yoga, therapy, and healing began many years ago and led me to Reiki in 2010. Reiki, a Japanese term, translates to spiritually guided life force energy. Every life form vibrates with this high-frequency energy. When this energy is depleted or blocked, we feel unwell. Reiki helps restore this energy, flowing through the practitioner to the recipient, who draws exactly what they need for their highest good.
