A customer visited our store in Worcester today after facing an unfortunate situation. They had independently booked a cruise from Southampton to the USA, separate return flights, and a hotel stay. However, the cruise line has now canceled their sailing, leaving them with flights and accommodation but no way to reach their destination. To make matters worse, their travel insurance has refused to cover the loss, and they are now seeking our assistance.
