Given the uncertainty caused by Covid-19 (novel coronavirus), I thought it might be helpful to post and set out the steps we are taking at ECL Plastics Ltd - Direct Fundraising. We are following the advice of PHE at our manufacturing site and will continue to do so as the situation develops. We take the well being of our team and customers very seriously, some of the proactive steps we have taken has seen us increase our cleanliness and hygiene measures, upping the frequency of surface cleaning, screening visitors and employees on site to monitor for symptoms.
We will continue manufacturing and delivering to our customers, we have continuity of supply from our raw material sources and expect this to continue. We do ask if you have placed an order with us and have any site specific requirements regarding delivery, please contact our sales team who will be more than happy to relay this throughout our business. Our team will also be happy to progress current
outstanding orders and process any new enquiries and orders you may have.
Both our online shopping websites www.eclplastics.co.uk and
www.direct-fundraising.co.uk are operating as normal and all orders are currently being dispatched promptly.
With panic buying, uncertainty over closures, lockdowns and concerns for health etc… setting the human element aside, it does appear business is in for a turbulent time ahead, I hope this turbulence is short lived so as to minimise any potential impact.
I will continue to keep in touch with updates and hope we can navigate through this together.
