Job opportunity,

We are currently looking to add to our team with experienced Tarmac and groundworkers.

We are a Company based in Milnthorpe covering all aspects of Surfacing. We operate across the north West and further.

The ideal candidate/s would have a positive attitude to working as part of a team. Driving licence is preferred. Experience in plant and machinery ie rollers, excavators, dumpers, skid steers and tarmac pavers is preferred.

Rate of pay depends on experience and capability.
Holiday pay and overtime pay included.

Well it’s that time of year again and the Isle of Man TT is well underway. We are happy to be sponsoring local lad Stephen ‘Trev’ Parsons again who has given it his all to be fit and ready for this year after his battle with cancer. Stephen Parsons Racing #94 aka Trev has given it his all and has been doing fantastically in practice and we are so proud of him, but unfortunately after a crash on Thursday night on one of the last corners and not feeling 100% in himself he’s had to hang up his leathers for this years TT. Watch this space though as hopefully he’ll be back later this year for some exciting stuff. Well done Stephen Parsons!

It’s been a tough decision to make but unfortunately I’ve had to hang up me leathers for the rest of the TT. It was always going to be a massive achievement to even get to TT and I’m mega proud of even setting off down Bray Hill and getting a 121 from a standing start. We’re gonna re-group, get the fitness up and Plan B is already in action…

He is such an incredible guy, who has gone through a year of hell battling the big ‘C’, only finishing treatment 8 weeks ago and now he’s cancer free and flying around the most iconic track in the world, the Isle of Man TT.
