The Accounts Assistant will play a pivotal role in supporting the financial operations of the organisation. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a solid understanding of basic accounting principles. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various accounting software and possess excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively with the finance team.

Key Responsibilities:
📝 Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
📝 Invoice Processing: Assist in the processing of invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures.
📝 Expense Management: Support the monitoring and reconciliation of expenses, ensuring timely processing and proper documentation.
📝Bank Reconciliation: Assist in bank reconciliations to verify accuracy and completeness of financial transactions.
