As a business Dandi Stays will guarantee the monthly rent

Long Term Leases
Dandi Stays will be looking to take homes on long leases which provides long term, reliable income for landlords

Weekly Cleans / Inspections
Homes will be cleaned and inspected, at least once a week by a professional cleaning company tasked with maintaining ‘show home condition

Maintenance
Dandi Stays will cover minor maintenance of the property, including damage by guests and fair wear and tear
