Gary and Vikky decided to establish PLS when hard times were brought on by the economic climate, they believed that their knowledge and experience could help them help established company's, train, retrain and lower their over heads by providing
them a cost effective recruitment solution. They also realised that they could help the general public train or find temporary and/or permanent employment as many thousands had found themselves without employment. Since then, PLS have secured thousands of placements and helped thousands of people, train and retrain to help them secure employment or indeed further their careers in their chosen industry.
