Our surf retreat is the perfect four night getaway. We will be based at our stunning off-grid venue, within walking distance to beautiful Whipsiderry Beach. Your home from home is a stunning hidden spot of nature. It’s a beautiful and relaxing campsite, complete with forest, a stream, comfortable hang out areas, and lovely facilities..
You can bring your own van or camp, you’ll have good quality food cooked by our special chef plus breathwork and yoga is included.

A very different day in the life than what you see on instagram..
Obviously this is a lil jokey joke, but we want to remind you that we are all human, we all have our bad days and struggle, feel burned out, and have no energy and don’t do things that nourish us…
We often beat ourselves up when this happens as we see people online being 100% healthy, motivated and constantly on it with self care.
Being able to adjust and adapt to how you’re feeling takes practice, so sometimes we will want to do this sort of day, disassociated and distracted. But gradually, as we learn and experience these new habits of things that make YOU feel good, those deepest parts of yourself will learn to trust that is what you need in those moments of struggle…. And that maybe 24 hours of Netflix doesn’t actually make you feel that great. So maybe next time I’ll try a film, a walk, reaching out to a friend for support and eat some nourishing food. ❤️
REMEMBER: It takes time to un-learn our ‘survival’ behaviours and switch them up for new ones that deeply nourish us and leave us feeling calm & content. So be gentle to yourself, there’s only one of you!

Our Free Sunday sessions is a little late due to technical issues however, it got me thinking and it’s not just for Sundays they are for any moment that you want to give yourself, ground yourself and whenever that Sunday moment is, Monday, Wednesday, Friday even, you can reflect and reset at any time.
How was your weekend? Are you feeling daunted by the week ahead? Then this is the space for you!
Today’s session is a juicy 20 minute Breathwork to give you some good time to feel grounded and ready for the week ahead. So lets stop scrolling, put down the pans, and allow yourself just 20 minutes to reset and take this time to give something back to yourself.
Some people think breathwork is all mumbo jumbo, and think ‘how on earth can learning to breath calmly and in a controlled environment help with everyday stress and obstacles??’.
Yes, we are all breathing all the time, but the more we practice focussing in on our breath, the more when you’re in a heated moment, or become upset, or you’re mid run and your breathing starts to pick up, the more we learn to regulate and experience our emotions in a healthy way.

Marine life is as important as ours.
SHARK ANGELS is our chosen charity to support our oceans and specifically we have adopted a Tiger Shark who we all named “Mr Meow Surf Dad’ (An inside joke for our retreat of course haha!).
I spent a month in Mexico studying various different sharks on a conservation project with Pelagios Kakunja, and sadly saw hundreds of juvenile sharks, particularly Hammerhead sharks, caught by local fishermen. This was predominantly due to overfishing, as they had shared with us, but the unfortunate truth that there is a big Shark fin industry still alive, coupled with poverty in various parts of Mexico meant this was their best option, which is a very sad truth there.
We support the Shark population and our oceans in general, by donating £20(+) for each retreat held to adopt various types of sharks. Every bit helps, so if you want to go and donate, check out their website Sharkangels.org, or find out more through our About section on our website. If money is tight you can share this post and others like it to help spewad awareness, or the biggest thing we can do to help support our oceans in the state it is in now, is to remove fish from our diet, to give our oceans a chance to rebalance, and remove our involvement in the unfortunate destruction of our oceans.

Starting inner child work usually begins with a bump in our relationships, where we find that the small things aren't really what's at the heart of the matter. It's often about two hurt, misunderstood inner children trying to communicate, like ships passing in the night. When we tune into our inner child, we start to see what's really going on – those 'aha' moments that pull us out of our heads and into a deeper understanding. It's about seeing past the petty arguments, like who left the knife in the peanut butter, and realizing it's our inner selves that are really reaching out, trying to heal and connect.
