Most of us push beyond our physical, mental and spiritual limits, focusing on our careers and putting our health on the back burner. Often sacrificing our health, sleep, neglecting proper nutrition, resorting to junk food on the go, excessive caffeine consumption and late night take-aways. We embrace 'work hard, play hard' culture, binge drinking, miss out on precious family time, ultimately jeopardise our well-being and stop taking care of ourselves.

Coach Ita Manderson, has curated the Reset 10x Programme for a transformative 5 day retreat where you can relax, unwind and dedicate to a few days of relieving stress, a much needed detox from everyday life. We’ve been out on site overseeing the progress on The Secret Garden project. I love all our properties but I genuinely think this could be the best one yet. You may have seen some sneaky previews… I can’t wait to show you the final results, it’s really taking shape now, the anticipation of seeing it all come together is exhilarating!

I’ve arrived at The Burgoyne from Leyburn to tap into the WiFi and have a bite to eat whilst I work flat out and get through 1 million emails. 🤣

Maison Parfaite is a family run business. The founders and owners, husband and wife team Sean and Sarah McDermott are passionate about their home county of Yorkshire. They truly appreciate the beauty and diversity of the landscape. Their aim is to showcase their beautiful Yorkshire to their clientele whilst accommodating them in the most sumptuous of surroundings.

Maison Parfaite Holiday Homes have all been lovingly restored and brought back to life in the most environmentally conscious manner. Many of the materials used in the renovations are reclaimed, recycled, reused. The furnishings are handmade in the UK from sustainable sources, and many are beautiful antique pieces that have been restored and reintroduced to the world in all their splendour!

We Love animals very much. The majority of the furnishings are vegan friendly. Duvets and pillows and cushions are very high quality microfibre, not down or feather. Any leathers are pleather, vintage, reclaimed or reused, we have never commissioned a piece of furniture made from an animal.
