Very pleased to have supplied and installed this complex audiovisual system to IPC in Ealing. We used Tanoy column arrays for FOH which are amazingly powerful for their size, together with almost flat to the wall subs for a very discreet main PA. Cloud ceiling speakers throughout other rooms and a Cloud zone PA system for sound distribution. Kramer High Definition switcher and matrix to distribute video to multiple locations including a 5k long throw Eiki projector. All of the switching is controlled remotely and the whole building has been wired with CAT6 for future-proof-ability.

SC Production recently supplied an AI media server to Sound of Music LTD (SOM) for Wavelength Connect, part of a six-month leadership programme.

Lighting Designer and AI media server operator Steve Cohu worked with SOM to produce a dynamic lighting design and seamless projection map onto their stretched Lycra screen.

Usually when mapping onto an unusual surface, a 3D model is made of the set elements. On this occasion, this could not be achieved as the screen could not be accurately reproduced until it was installed.

The plan was to use auto-blend, but due to light conditions in the venue it wasn’t possible to use camera-based blending. Fortunately, Ai provides a number of powerful projection mapping tools, and Grid Warp was used for the blend and Live Map to provide an exact reproduction of the screen shape. The resulting image was a crisp blend and a highly accurate map.

AI was not only used to provide the video map but also supplied switching for several presentation computers via a quad SDI capture card, matrix routing for comfort monitors and Logo image keying.

We are in the process of setting up our dedicated AI suite, complete with AI media server with 8 DVI outputs, Avolites Titan Mobile control via Art-net. Blender 3D, Final Cut Pro and Apple Motion. Here's a little installation we did recently, in a very challenging building. A 2 meter screen and a projector?. Except the screen and the projector had to be invisible and the projector had to be 20 meters away! see if you can spot the projector.....

Are very happy to have supplied 3D projection and surround sound to Beau Sejour Cinema Guernsey, We supplied a Christie HD14K J Mirage, 12,000 lumen projector complete with a DepthQ 3D Polarisation filter. Projected on to a 7 meter wide *screen. 7.1 Surround sound decoder, Crown amplifiers, 10.5 KW JBL sound system. 3 x 1.5Kw front speakers, 2 x 1.5Kw 18 inch sub,s and 12 x 250w surround sound speakers. A big thank you to Jamie lewis for his dedication in delivering this complex project.
