3 years ago we were getting ready to go on our most magical family adventure… Christmas in Lapland!! Playing in the snow, crossing the arctic circle, roasting marshmallows over an open fire, the most magical Christmas Eve seeing the Northern lights dancing across the sky, meeting Santa and all the elves on Christmas Day, making gingerbread with Mrs Claus, sledging, feeding the reindeer and a private vist to a husky farm with a wonderful Finnish family who told us about their family, their lives and cooked authentic Lappish food for us to try and of course an amazing husky ride across a frozen lake!

This was the absolutely amazing view that I had at the ‘Million splashes of Colour’ Disney Parade last week! To be stood in front of the Disney Castle, seeing all the characters, literally within ‘touching distance’ was THE BEST THING ever!! It was totally magical to be so immersed in the atmosphere and environment! I would highly recommend!

These are some fantastic pics sent to me by my clients from their trip that I put together, combining the vibrant sights and sounds of Istanbul with the stunning region of Cappadocia! This is one I would love to do myself, visiting the ‘Blue Mosque’ in Istanbul and the world famous ‘Topkapi Palace’, which after 4 and half hours of walking around, I am told that they had barely scratched the surface, so top tip for Topkapi…. Spread over 2 days!! Moving on via a quick internal flight to the beautiful but scorching Cappadocia, which is feeling considerably hotter than Istanbul right now. Guests are staying in the beautifully boutique/ quirky ‘Divan Cave House Hotel’ which boasts a stunning roof top terrace to watch the thousands of hot air balloons pass over head!
As part of their amazing trip I have treated them to a traditional Turkish night with dancing and dinner!

The major attraction of the park is the 7-tiered Erawan Falls with emerald green ponds.
