Around two years ago we were asked to assist a client who had suffered a large fire in Nottingham. We provided a full detailed schedule with estimated costs and the client was able to negotiate with the relevant parties to reinstate the building. Unfortunately, a fire destroyed a large part of the building which meant that our schedule understandably had to address the water damage caused when the fire brigade tackled this major fire. Indeed, it featured in the local news due to its extent. The detailed information we provide in these situations greatly helps with tackling the aftermath of such incidents.

We have been assisting a client near London who is currently suffering major problems due to a derelict cottage next to her home. Unfortunately, she is suffering with damp due to water ingress, together with cracking to her building. To make matters worse the building is unsafe and is grade 2 listed.

Recently we have been involved in an interesting Party Wall matter. The Party Wall was located on a detached property, and we had to have scaffold erected on the neighbouring property to ensure construction works could be carried out safely.
