d in 2011, our journey is one that started long before this and with what is now over 30 years of experience in each of our business areas, you could say that we have been a long time in the making. The company was formed as a result of our own experience of either working for or engaging with companies who cared little about the experience they provided customers and more about what they could get from them. I guess it was our exposure to such practice that ultimately lead us to the belief that not only do people deserve more but that we could do much better. So, we decided to create that business, and in Torus Enterprises you will find a company that places the pursuit of a 'positive experience’ at the centre of what we do. Whether that be for customers or staff. You see at Torus Enterprises we believe that people don’t really buy ‘things’ but what they actually buy are experiences. So for example, would you buy something from us if you thought it was going to involve a lot of hassle for you to get it? You would either need to be pretty desperate for it or have no other choices, right! Actually, what we buy is a much wider set of experiences, all of which come together to form the overall experience and value that we then place on it. That is what we take away with us and as consumers or customers ourselves, these are the factors we use in determining who we work with. Our business model is therefore very simple and yet in today’s cut throat world of business, where time is money and first impressions count in its own way is quite rare and unique. For us it’s about putting people first, believing that if we do right by you, then you’ll do right by us and reward us with your loyalty. I mean who wants to buy something but have to commandeer an assault course to get it? Not me and we suspect you will agree.
