Today is World Mental Health Day - This year’s theme set by the World Federation of Mental Health is workplace mental health. The theme highlights the importance of addressing mental health and wellbeing in the workplace, for the benefit of people, organisations, and communities.

At the Creamery we take the wellbeing of our staff importantly, encompassing mental health support for all employees.

We have a dedicated Wellbeing Committee with representatives from around the business who meet once a month to discuss any concerns and initiatives they would like to see to help improve wellbeing in the workplace. This might be something as simple as a cake and coffee morning to catch up with colleagues to mental health support.

We have six trained mental health first aiders on site to help guide and support and an employee counselling service in partnership with Isle Listen, which can be used by any member of staff when needed.

World Mental Health Day provides an opportunity to check in with your friends, family and colleagues and support conversations around mental health in the workplace 💚

🚨 MGP SCHEDULE DELAYED 🚨

The Clerk of the Course has confirmed a 2-hour delay to today’s activity to provide further time for road conditions to improve and for wind speeds to decrease.

Roads will now close at 11:30 with a revised schedule to be issued shortly.
