Created in August 2013 by local Event Manager Gillian Weldon, Opus offers a bespoke range of event and communication support services to individuals and organisations. Inspired by its meaning of ‘creation’ and ‘production’ Opus can provide flexible and affordable access to qualified and experienced support on a bespoke basis – whether that’s a one-off project or ongoing activities. Having enjoyed

a full and varied career working on communication and event related activities, both locally and internationally, for audiences of between 50 and 1,000 Gillian has unrivalled experience in this area. Added to this Gillian not only holds a BA (Hons.) in English Literature she also has an industry recognised Diploma in Event Management and PR. After a short career break, most recently Gillian has spent 5 months providing event and communication support for a local children’s charity.
