We're Hiring!! - We are looking for HIGH ROPES INSTRUCTORS to Join our 2019 Team! Weekend Work, £9 - £11 p/hr depending on experience,

We are looking for Part Time Superstar High Ropes Instructors to join our team for an immediate start. You will be delivering our outdoor adventure activities, at our site in Oxfordshire. This job specifically focuses on the High Ropes aspect of what we do.
The job requires you to work on weekends. Additional hours may be available.
Applicants must be over 18 years of age and available for an interview and assessment day.

We are looking for instructors who are passionate about providing the very best outdoor experience possible to our customers. Someone who will go the extra mile to help our customers get the most out of their experience with us.
Successful candidates will be required to be good communicators, confident in front of groups, fun, happy, enthusiastic leaders, who take safety very seriously. They must have an empathetic and supportive nature. Giving excellent customer service and team support.
Being an outdoor activity provider, our instructors will need to enjoy being outdoors in all weathers. This includes the rain and the cold. They must be able to demonstrate a cheery character, good motivation skills and the ability to lift the spirits and the moods of our customers if required.
You will need a good head for heights and be confident in giving safety instruction to groups. The days will be busy and full of variety.
Our customers visit us for an experience. So you really do need to be a people person with a good personality!
YOU MUST be over 18 years old.
You must have a valid basic first aid certificate before commencing work with us. - we can arrange this if needed.
You must have your own transport, as public transport services to and from our site are very scarce and limited at the weekend.
You must be eligible to work in the UK.
It is an essential requirement for the job with regards to our safe guarding children policy, that you must have an enhanced DBS check that we arrange.
Full training will be given to the right candidates with further training opportunities.
Experience in instructing and/or leading groups and working with children and/or young people is highly desirable but not essential.
Your responsibilities will include course and equipment inspection, instructing, hosting sessions, hosting parties, monitoring participants, site maintenance, site clearing and money handling.
You’ll be part of a proactive team responsible for hosting and providing safe activity sessions for birthday parties, hen/stag events, family sessions, schools/youth groups and recreational sessions.
