This week's Thursday eve paddle was to Castle Mill Stream. Finally the weir gate was closed allowing us to get up to Oxford Castle 😀

Finally the evenings are lighter and the flow on the Thames has reduced enough for us to commence our Thursday evening paddles again. Winter has been long dark and very wet 😄

3 of our paddlers did a marathon paddle board solstice paddle on Saturday ( dawn till dusk).
A massive 22 mile over nearly 18 hours. A very ful on day. Donnington Br- Cherwell - kidlington- return via Oxford canal. Some big obstacles on the Cherwell near kidlington. Well done guys 😀👏👏👏👏👏

For info: OCKC Dons session Wednesday 14/06/2023 - CANCELLED. Due to a work commitment and no other coaches being available for the session this afternoon there will not be a Dons paddling session this afternoon (Wednesday 14th June 2023). I apologise for the cancelation and short notice.

Summers coming!!! Another beautiful paddle last night (May 25th). A bit of a battle on the Thames first negotiating the Oxford Bumps rowing races. Great spectacle though. Water is warming up too. Evening finishing up with some capsize practice 😀

On Saturday we joined Falcon Rowing & Canoe club for a morning of litter clearing in the Thames and Cherwell locally. A huge amount of rubbish cleared. Great work all :-)

Wow!!! What a fantastic day for October. Warm, still waters.
Trip up the Thames to Osney then through sheepwash channel to Port Meadow and return via Tumbling Bay and Bullstake Stream. You’ve got to love autumn 😀

Adventure Plus is supporting a water sports camp in Oxfordshire, near Benson & we need to cover staffing gaps in Canoe/Kayak/SUP (BC level 1 as a minimum).
Days run 8.30-4.30 (arrive at 8 for briefing and set up)
£130 per day, payment will be arranged with you on your final day of work with us, and paid on the day
