Niles Apartments are located in the centre of St Merryn, nr Padstow, Cornwall. The ground floor apartment sleeps 2 in one king sized bedroom. It has the added appeal of a small, enclosed courtyard garden & is dog friendly.
The upstairs apartment sleeps 4 in one very large king sized bedroom at the front of the property & a double bedroom with en-suite at the rear. There is an optional bunk bedroom which can be used as & when required for families. It has a family bathroom with separate shower & bath. The WC is separate.
The open plan kitchen/living/dining area is modern & spacious.
Both apartments can be booked for larger family gatherings.
They are both listed with air bnb but we do also take our own bookings.

Beautiful first floor apartment, sleeping 4.
One double (en-suite) & one king size bedroom. Open plan kitchen/dining/living area.
Pets welcome in the downstairs apartment due to outside space available but at this current time, there is no outside space in Apartment 2, hence we cannot accommodate pets upstairs.
Both properties can be booked as a full house..
