Welcome to Helston 4, our 3 bed, double glazed, centrally heated, dog friendly holiday home, with secure decking, located on the lovely Liskey Hill Holiday Park
We have 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin room to allow for 6 people. The 2 double bedrooms have TVs.
Duvets and Pillows are provided but you will need to bring your own bed linen
There is a large shower room with WC plus a further separate WC.
Towels and Bath Mats are NOT provided
The kitchen is fully equipped with a Cooker, Fridge/Freezer, Kettle, Microwave, Toaster and Ninja Multi Cooker
Wifi is available free of charge for those who need it.
The comfy lounge has a Large Smart TV, and cosy lighting
We have Double Glazing and Central Heating, so no need to worry if the temperature drops in out of season visits
Dogs are very welcome, but we ask that you bring throws and blankets to cover the seats.
Our bookings are Saturday to Saturday with access from 3pm and departure by 10 am to allow for changeover.
£100 deposit will secure your booking and will also act as a security bond against any damages or excessive cleaning. This is fully refundable following a satisfactory inspection of the caravan. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will NOT be refunded. This fee is in addition to the cost of the holiday and is not part of the holiday price.
The full cost of the holiday is due 6 weeks before arrival by bank transfer

The Park is open 12 months of the year and is located on top of a hill, so we are lucky enough to enjoy the views, not only of the stunning beach, but also the beautiful surrounding countryside. Perranporth itself is a hive of fabulous places to eat and drink and is only a 10 minute walk away.
