People form the heart of any business so where workplaces are concerned, we deliver a range of inspiring seminars designed to help you and your colleagues cope with the stresses and strains of working life. Our Workplace Shiatsu service allows you to fit some relaxation into your busy day and our Holistic Workplace Design service is aimed at helping you create a truly 'holistic' and cost effective workplace to support your people.

Avantgardens. Frost Flower on a mushroom.
Frost Flowers are as beautiful as they are rare. A frost flower is created on autumn or early winter mornings when ice in extremely thin layers is pushed out from the stems of plants or occasionally wood. This extrusion creates wonderful patterns which curl and fold into gorgeous frozen petioles giving this phenomenon both its name and its appearance.
