Just some of the beautiful shells Fiona has been making with the oysters and local Plockton scallops. These decoupaged shells are the bi-product of oysters that have gone for testing/sampling. With Christmas round the corner they're a lovely, handmade, local gift. Sustainable too, so she tells me! Candles and baubles also available... And hopefully you'll be able to taste them very soon.
