Our lovely static caravan is ready for new season!!! 3-bedroom park home with a balcony, located in Orchard bay (just 2 minutes walk from the main reception area and swimming pools. About 15 minutes walk to the beach.

Pets friendly (just wash your dog's paws) and bring your dog's sleeping pad with you.

Beautiful views to the nature reserve and water.

Fully equipped mobile park home with open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. Living room with sofa-bed (linen can be provided on request).

Door to the wrap-around balcony area with outside seating.

Main bedroom (5ft king-size double bed) with wall-mounted TV, fitted wardrobe, en-suite wc and vanity sink, dressing table area and USB points.

Second bedroom (2x 3ft single beds or can be pushed together to make a king) and fitted wardrobe with flat screen TV on the wall.

Third bedroom (2x 3ft single beds or can be pushed together to make a king) and fitted wardrobe with flat screen TV on the wall.

Family bathroom (large walk in shower, sink and toilet).

Services - Duvets and linen provided including bath towels. Gas central heating. 2 Hairdryers.

Technology - Flat screen television in living room (Free view and soon Amazon fire will be available). Communal WIFI via Rockley Park.

Kitchen - Oven / gas 4-burner hob, fridge with freezer top box and microwave. (Laundry facilities are available on site at guest cost).
