This gorgeous place is a lovely drive along the coast from Glaslyn View and there’s so much to do for all ages. Our favourite is to walk along the Mawddach Trail which is a 9.5 mile path with jaw dropping scenery!

Pont Bermo / Barmouth Bridge spans the Mawddach Estuary and is part of the Cambrian Coast railway line from Machynlleth to Pwllheli, which has previously been celebrated as one of the world's 10 epic train journeys by The Guardian. | Eryri I Snowdonia Mountains and Coast

A day trip to Anglesey from Glaslyn View isn’t complete without a stop at the lovely little town of Beaumaris. With its high street of independent shops, Beaumaris Castle and a fascinating jail and courtroom, there’s plenty to do here and the views are 👌

🏰 Wonderfully incomplete, Beaumaris Castle on Ynys Môn can be considered as the greatest castle never built. With near-perfect symmetry, four concentric rings of formidable defences and a water-filled moat with its own dock.

Along with Conwy, Caernarfon and Beaumaris, it forms part of the Castles and Town Walls of King Edward UNESCO World Heritage Site. | Cadw Visit Anglesey

Cwt Tatws is well worth a visit if you’re venturing along the Northern edge of the Llyn Peninsula. Gorgeous shop and cafe situated above Towyn beach, which is an easy walk down from Cwt Tatws. Add this to your itinerary!

We love Porthdinllaen and highly recommend making a trip there during your stay. Beautiful beach and coastal walk, prefect sandy bay for relaxing, paddling and swimming. Then when you’re feeling hungry, Ty Coch Inn is right on the beach to refuel. The perfect day trip. Come and see for yourselves!
