Working hours: 9-6
Location: Head office in London with travel to resorts
Start Date: July 2022
Contract: 1-year contract with option to increase
Salary: Competitive salary based on experience
To manage the recruitment, selection, logistics and training of all Powder Byrne’s international team including the seasonal resort staff. Providing effective and efficient administrative support for all areas of the recruitment process and ensuring candidates applying to join Powder Byrne have a positive and professional experience, regardless of the outcome of their application.
The responsibilities and duties of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Representing Powder Byrne as the point of contact for all potential employees.
Leading the HR and Recruitment teams and coordination
Leading the response to all employment applications for all positions.
Correspondence with all candidates and temporary staff; before, during and after employment (offer letters, contracts, thank you letters).
Keeping the staff database up-to-date with employment history, and personal information.
Obtaining references and carrying out required permits, reference, A1 forms, DBS checks for resort staff employees.
Leading group interview sessions and interviews.
Planning of resort staff training, and assisting with training presentations.
Arranging flights and travel details as well as booking and sourcing accommodation in the UK and abroad for resort teams.
Administrative control over staff wages, insurance, holidays and employment records (e.g. P45’s, Work Permits, A1’s etc.)
In charge of social media marketing for recruitment purposes.
Leading all company HR (training, documentation, holiday, moral and discipline etc.)
Essential Requirements:
At least 4 years experience in HR
Attention to detail paramount
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Thorough understanding of employment law
An enthusiastic, reliable and flexible team player
Professional attitude
Diplomatic and understanding
Interpersonal and communication skills to deal with people at all levels
Organisation and prioritisation skills
Good IT knowledge, including all Microsoft products
Full clean driving licence
Desirable Requirements
Experience in Travel, Logistics or Tourism is ideal
Experience with international HR
Language skills (German) is ideal but not essential
