Welcome to Porthdinllaen, one of the most picturesque places in North Wales. The old fishing village is now owned by the National Trust and offers a good pint at the Ty Coch Inn, as well as amazing views across to Eryri. Anyone wanting to visit the village has to walk across the beach from Morfa Nefyn, or across Nefyn golf club. Only residents are allowed to use cars. At one stage it was in line to be the main port to Ireland, before losing out to Holyhead with its greater road connectivity. However that left the unspoiled beauty of the bay preserved for us all to enjoy.

Hi everyone, I've had a few enquiries for bookings next year so thought I would open things up and advertise here and on my page so followers, friends and family have first pick of dates. There are a few dates already booked, but plenty of availability both in school holidays and other dates. As a guide a week in the low season e.g. Feb/March is £525 up to a week in August £950.

Fab day today..... walk on the headland at Trefor and saw a pod of dolphins in the bay 🐬. Lovely meal out this evening at the Ship Inn in Edern and watched the sunset from the golf course at Porthdinllaen
