Well we reopened on the 6th Jan and it has been none stop for our small team!

Kitchen fitting
Velux fitting
Bespoke Joinery, from bunks to oak fire doors.
Laying a patio and building garden walls
Re-roofing (slate and rubber roofing) out buildings and rendering
Tiling
Commencing the rebuilding of a garage…. and that’s without the various properties we have visited to patch up damaged roofs, fallen fencing and broken gates due to the various storms that have hit us all hard here.

PAD is now closed for the festive break.
We will reopen on Monday 6th January 25.

Our out of office is now on.

It is also MR PADs birthday today! 🎂🥳
So if you see Paul driving about today, doing his last minute errands! Give him a beep… he won’t know what’s going on 😉🤣

Advance notice 🎄
PAD will be closed from the 20th December 24 for the festive break.

Wow…can’t believe it was August when we last posted on here!

It’s been such a busy few months!

Here is a snapshot of August - October!

Lots of rubber roofing, slate roofing, rendering, chimney repairs, window installation, new doors, bespoke staircases, bespoke cupboards, kitchen installations…. The list goes on….

We are fully booked this year, and now booking in work from April 25 onwards 👍

Plus MR PAD is recovering from Carpal tunnel surgery … so has time for quotes … so take advantage! get him whilst you can!

Anddddd it’s Friday…. And the weather is perking up ☀️and the weekend has arrived! 🍹🏖️🏄

Next up …. Ground works…. And walls….
Here we have a snapshot of a recent driveway!

The opening of the driveway made wider and the walls rebuilt to match in with existing. Ground prepped and stone laid along with some sleepers and planting to add a few focal points👍

Did you know that PAD is actually a Joiner … we get so much call for building work it’s rare we get an ask for this, when we do PAD is in his element!

Here are some bespoke wardrobes, drawers and built in TV / Soundbar wall…designed and built from scratch 👌no flat pack or kits in sight!!!

We have been flat out for much of 2024 on a massssivvvveeee garage build and a full exterior renovation …. Whilst also, as always, squeezing in ‘little jobs’ along the way!

Over the coming weeks we will share some snapshots of the work during construction and once completed! 👍

Today we are going to share ‘rendering’ we stripped the property back to the brick/ block work, prepped and re-rendered using Weber render supplied by Jewson Pwllheli! 👍

We are pretty much fully booked for 2024, we always leave some ‘room’ for emergency work… the British weather being as it is…. 🌧️⚡️🌩️ (where is summer 🤷‍♀️🤔).

We are now pricing and booking work for 2025, so please contact us on the email address or inbox us with any quotation requests!

PAD Story

As a Couple, Claire and I have been based in Llanbedrog for three years now, having relocated from Stockport, Cheshire. We chose to make Llanbedrog our permanent home because as individuals and together, this is where we have both had our happiest times and enjoyed life the most! So why not!

We belief in working hard, community spirit, the simple life and beach living!

I (PAD) am a self employed builder and joiner with over 30 years experience in the trade and over the past two years, with Claire's support, I have been working hard to move the majority of my work to the Llyn Peninsula, predominantly in Llanbedrog, Abersoch and Mynytho.
