Very sad to be losing our neighbours. With that and the close of Cargills Bistro and the Cateran Cafe there must be an opportunity for a new eaterie in Blairgowrie.
We look forward to discovering who will end up next door.

And the Coach House is tucked right behind the church.

Did you know that the River Ericht that flows right beside Littles restaurant, takes its name from the Scots Gaelic word for `beauteous`?

A quick check with visitscotland and we are told that the banks of the river provide a delightful walk at any time of year with plenty of natural and historical interest en route. Heading north from the town centre of Blairgowrie, there is a pleasant grassy picnic area and, for those wishing to experience the river at closer quarters, there is easy access to a number of refreshing, rocky pools!!

Sounds fantastic, or you can just come into Littles for a morning scone and coffee, or indeed your lunch or dinner!

Afternoon tea at The Fife Arms in Braemar about an hour’s drive north. With a genuine Picasso on the wall and a host of other notable artworks throughout the hotel.
