The weekend of 14 and 15 December was supposed to see free travel days for bus customers in Bracknell Forest thanks to Bracknell Forest Council using funds from the Government’s Bus Service Improvement Plan. However, due to an administrative error, the free tickets were not issued on our services. Thankfully, the number of eligible journeys affected was quite low. If any customers feel that they were charged in error on these two days, please contact our customer services team with proof of purchase of a ticket on the relevant services on the offer days for a full refund. Free journeys were only valid for journeys starting in Bracknell Forest. We apologise unreservedly for any inconvenience to customers for this error.
