Are you looking for a start over the next couple of weeks?

Engenda Group are currently looking for a QA Manager to join the team on a project in Warrington.

The job is a construction project covering the expansion of a chemical manufacturing unit, so we're looking for somebody with experience on UK petrochemical or chemical sites.

Starting on 29th July, you'll be working 50 hours a week on a 5 month contract, and we're happy to offer CIS, LTD or PAYE for this role.

You'll be:

• Setting up QA procedures to meet clients requirements using best practise
• Ensuring all team members are aware of the agreed QA procedures
• Auditing compliance during all stages of the project
• Completing the TAR QA file and handover to the plant manager
• Liaising with the area teams to ensure that all appropriate QA records are recorded and maintained
• Auditing the correct applications of QA procedures
• Investigating and reporting on quality non-conformities

Engenda Group are currently looking for two HSE Managers for upcoming projects in Warrington and Hampshire.

The Warrington role is a construction project covering the expansion of a chemical manufacturing unit, starting on 29th July and running for 9 months.

The role in Hampshire covers electrical installation on a gas transmission station, starting in August on an 18 month contract.

You'll be responsible for implementing robust HSE systems throughout the project, representing Engenda and ensuring it is completed safely and on time to client and industry standards.

You must have previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the gas network sector or chemical industry.

Starting in June on an 18 month contract, you'll be playing a vital role in overseeing project performance, monitoring progress and ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets and quality standards.


You'll be:


🔸 Collaborating with the engineering team to create comprehensive and realistic project plans
🔸 Developing and maintaining detailed schedules using Primavera P6
🔸 Implementing progress tracking mechanisms to monitor the projects' performance and addressing any deviations from the plan
🔸 Preparing project reports for stakeholders, highlighting KPIs, milestones, potential risks and mitigation strategies

You will spend most of your time talking to potential workers about opportunities within the business, offering them good work whilst building long-term relationships that work both ways.

You don’t need any previous recruitment experience, we can teach you that, we just need you to have confidence and charisma, and be in your natural element whilst on the phone talking to potential workers.

On top of this, you will support the office with a number of other tasks, responding to emails, adverts, social media as well as the not-so-fun stuff like database and spreadsheet management.

Speaking of the office, we are a fairly youngish and creative space (as much as a recruitment office can be) and you will have the opportunity to collaborate on several different projects, outside-the-box the box ideas are especially welcome.

In return, you will be offered full training, the ability to learn the industry and hopefully push on to a career in Engineering recruitment. The team has been working in the field for some time now and will always be on hand to provide advice, guidance, and support, there are no stupid questions.
