We have just completed this work in Rustington. We knocked down a dividing wall to create an open plan kitchen/dining area and re-configured the Utility and cloakroom. With the use of a "Pocket door" we gained space allowing us the fit the tumble dryer and Washing machine within the cloakroom which allowed us to install the fridge and larder units in the extra space achieved. We also made full use of the space under the stairs and next to the chimney by fitting floor to ceiling cupboards that finished flush with the wall. Its always exciting to re-think the space we have to work with and create space saving and space gaining solutions.

Loved working on this renovation. The customers have a great eye for detail which always makes for an exciting project. We opened up the back of the house to allow for the installation of bi-fold doors, the old lean to was completely reconstructed before we got there so we could then build up a new floor and services which let us then install a new utility room, We then completely reinstalled a new kitchen and finished by laying a Quickstep floor throughout.

Here are a few pictures of my latest project in Goring, The new rear extension was built within the councils permitted development regulations so full planning permission wasn't needed. This still allowed us to project 3 metres and give this family a big open plan living space. The are a few progress pictures and lots of what the room looks like now. Just a bit more work for the decorator and we will be finished on this Kitchen Extension in Chichester. Originally a separate dining room and small kitchen , we knocked the 2 rooms into 1 and also extended the house by 2 metres making a much larger room.

We just finished this bathroom in Rustington. Rhoper Rhodes R2 furniture and kudos bath screen help to give the space a nice feel with curved edges and clean lines, and the Matt white tiles keep the look modern . The house has a low pressure heating system so we installed a Aqualisa digital pumped shower .

When installing Loft ladders, I always recommend these telescopic ones now. They are SO much easier to use and much more stable as well. We've just finished installing this one and insulating, boarding and fitting rigid ducting for the bathrooms below this loft space .

We're Currently working on a rear extension , opening up the back of the house to enlarge the kitchen and living space . The steel beam was 600kg and took 8 guys to lift in but the hard work has transformed the space.

I've just finished this Deck in Pagham, my customers wanted to incorporate curves and lighting in to their garden so I installed 90 small LED spotlights around the perimeter of the decking curve and up against the house. The small spots are only 0.2 watts each so not too bright and not at all expensive to run.
Also, each tree around the garden will be uplit. This together with new wall lights on the house it will make the garden great to use during these warm evenings!

The leathered granite worktops went on at the kitchen development in Rustington. We're really pleased with how they look. The kitchen is almost finished, just skirting to paint, glass splash backs to fit and sockets to go on.

We are currently working on this kitchen in Rustington. We have created an open plan space by removing some of the separating walls... 3 rooms in to one .
We also installed underfloor heating throughout, A great and very economic way of heating your house and finished the floor with the new Quickstep "livyn" vinyl flooring.
The electrics were designed with Lots of LED Lighting and even speakers in the ceiling. I love projects like this.
The worktops go on tomorrow and the decorating is almost finished so more pictures to follow but wanted to post a couple of pictures of this "storage wall", floor to ceiling units with integrated TV and media unit. I'm really enjoying working with Tom, Alan, Gary, Matt and Chris. Thanks for your help and expertise!
