Thank you to everyone who has stayed and took the time to review in 2023.
It does take hard work and making the extra effort to rate this high and to hold the scores for 2 years but the messages, drawings and the kind words sure do make it worth it.

The chalets are closed for January, having a refresh, ready for another year of bliss by the beach.
The diaries are open, if you are planning to visit Camber and would like to stay, please get in touch. It will be a busy year with the biggest holiday park now closed permanently but our rates are not going up and we will continue to give the best prices to our guests who have visited before. 🥳

Camber in Summer ❤️ the beach is bliss through all weather but in the sun is definitely a favourite.
The cool breeze from the sea in the evenings is always welcomed too.

The Rye Bonfire parade was back to full force last night. Still my favourite night of the year. ❤️

High tide and crashing waves. An energised walk in Camber today. Don’t mind the 19 degree warmth either. ❤️

Less than 3 weeks til The Rye Bonfire parade. This years parade is Saturday 12th November. It is a fantastic evening with the drummers parading through the town for a finale on the main green of a bonfire and fireworks.
There is a carnival style atmosphere through the streets on this truly unique evening.
Camber and our chalets are 6 miles away, there is parking in the town or buses running from Camber to Rye throughout the evening.

If you are in Camber over the next few days, you could spot Michael Caine and Glenda Jackson who are filming The Great Escaper on the beach.
If you are staying in the area with elderly relatives, they are still looking for extras over 75 years of age!

Just 7 miles from Camber is Lydd airport, where you can have an introduction to flying lesson or a leisure passenger flight. The most extraordinary experience and a wonderful way to see Camber and surrounding areas. We booked with Lydd aero club. Fabulous day 😊

I started visiting Camber 10 years ago. It has a place in my heart and never stops taking my breath away. I love taking new people and love that we now have chalets for others to enjoy this wonderful beach.
The miles of sand and dunes make it popular for many reasons. I love Christmas, we always get a clear blue day and I love the horse riders galloping on the edge of the sea.
But did you know Camber is a very popular filming location?. Many adverts, programs and films have used Camber and a more recent one was Ricky Gervais and Brandy filming After Life in Camber.

As the families head back for term time, Camber beach is reclaimed by the couples, the dog walkers and the kite surfers. Still breath taking in September. We have availability if you are looking for a September break and both chalets are dog friendly.

As we enter the final weekend of the school holidays, the reviews keep coming in and lovely messages of thanks.
We have welcomed 31 groups of guests into our chalets across summer, met some fabulous people and furry friends.

We don’t get to meet guests often but loved meeting this family. Pup was only 4 months old and had so much fur to grow into 🥰 our chalets are dog friendly, we have a boy who is our world and we love to take him with us. We don’t charge additional fees for bringing your dog, the chalets are deep cleaned after all guests and children make far more mess 🤪 and we love them staying too. There is a large area of grass inbetween the chalets and the children make new friends and play outside together. It is lovely to see 🥰

Another week of the school holidays are done and although it is crazy busy, the standards are still as high. Another lovely review from very happy guests this weekend, it makes it all worthwhile.
