New beginners dates announced due to popular demand! Perfect if you’re doing shift work or can’t make evenings this is a weekend intensive to help you make friends with your sewing machine 🙂

Due to demand I have decided to host a weekend intensive beginners refreshers course on 10 and 11 August instead of the advertised dressmaking course.

As with all my starter courses the rate is £80 for the whole weekend which is great value. Basic materials will be provided and some machines available to borrow.

New beginners machine sewing and intro to dressmaking courses starting in Jan, due to popular demand!

Beginners: Tuesdays 17, 24, 31 Jan and 7 and 14 Feb 7 - 9 pm £80 including all materials (4 places left)

Learn all your machine basics, how to thread, sew, lean about tension, and how to adjust stitch length / width. Some machines available to borrow if you don't have your own, please notify me at the time of booking....

Intro Dressmakers: Thursday 19, 26 Jan 2, 9, 16 Feb 7-9 pm
£80 but you will be asked to provide your own materials ( I can provide patterns ) as you will be making something to wear yourself. (4 places left)

You will be taught about how to lay, preparation of pattern pieces, reading and adjusting your pattern, symbols, and assembly and will go away with at least one finished garment

Both at Miners and Mechanics Institute in St Agnes.
