This two bedroom holiday home provides the perfect accommodation for a smaller family or couple - sleeping up to six guests with a master bedroom suite with kingside bed, dressing table, en-suite & walk in wardrobe, twin bedroom and pull out sofa-bed in the lounge. The kitchen area includes integrated appliances such as; a large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and freestandi

ng dining table and chairs. The spacious lounge has a feature electric fireplace, comfortable sofas, a 40" smart TV, and French doors leading out onto a large South facing wrap around veranda with outdoor seating. Highchair & travel cot available. Private parking space for one car.

**Park passes can be picked up from reception - prices available upon request**

Cayton Bay Holiday Park has recently invested £4.3 million into developing the park. This includes a new outdoor covered seating area next to a bar & restaurant and entertainment centre with indoor and outdoor activities for children.
