Our namesake is back in our local seas 🐟

Enormous fish back off Yorkshire ! Blue Fin Tuna locally known as Tunny used to be commonly seen off Scarborough and Yorkshire but disappeared when the North Sea Herring was overfished, they now appear to possibly be returning with one caught off Whitby this August and today some reported five miles off Staithes today, it would be great if these beautiful fish measuring up to 2.5m (8ft) become a common sight in our seas again.
