A few more detailed photos of the little Kubota tractor I guarded a few weeks ago.
All designed by myself to fit the tractor and the customers requirements.
I take great pride in my work and always put alot of attention to detail into what I do, which seems to be lacking from some. You have to do the best job you can do, if you can't it's time to move on 👍

A bit fresh out today fitting the steel door i fabricated to a privately owned Type 24 Pill box.
Fitted with a full length, stainless steel hinge due to the proximity to the sea.

Secure door fitted this morning to a privately owned Type 24 Pill box on the Norfolk coast.

Interesting little job making this narrow security door and frame. Now awaiting front sheet. Fitted with a full length stainless steel hinge.
And a ram end repaired.

Getting on with some work onsite with thd mezzanine floor in a garage.
A few extra plates going on and some slots put in for cables.

Weld defects from the manufacturer that led some big cracks in 2 clamps.
V'd out fully and rewelded with a strengthening plates added for good measure.

2 buckets with new edges completed and back with the customer this week👌

Damaged section of a beet pusher cut out and replaced with a thicker 8mm plate and spreader plates added where the stays meet the sheet. Good to go again 👌

One I didn't post from earlier in the year. Brash grab came in after being repaired badly by another company.
It then totally fell apart with an arm bent so badly it was on the outside instead of inside.
So, the unit was stripped apart, straightened with heat and a 20 ton press, cracks V'd out and the plated both sides before re assembly.
Job done properly 👌

Forestry guarding completed ✔️
This little Kubota L2-452 has had the full works Inc Belly plate, fuel tank and side protection, front grill and brash guards over the cab. And a full spray to finish.

How the kit you use evolves through a job.
Welding screen now fitted with a rod holder and storage tray for clamp, marking spray, water etc.
Unfortunately I can't take full credit for the idea.
