Being fully qualified in City and Guilds and Awarding Body Consortium Level 2, NMWS can utilise either the TIG,MAG/MIG or MMA (Stick) processes to weld and fabricate in Steel, Stainless Steel Stainless ( including Duplex and Super Duplex) and aluminium onsite or in the workshop. Also, offering a complete onsite fabrication service, NMWS can carry out brazing, oxy fuelled gas cutting, arc gouging, plasma cutting and Magnetic drilling.

Out onsite for a couple of days, burning off sheet pilings at the UEA. I also managed to get away early as the high risk permit requires a 3 hour fire watch which is provided by the customer 😁

First proper job for my new toy. I recently purchased a nice little Komatsu forklift to have at my workshop and it made unloading and loading the ton of 4mm Corten steel for an upcoming job much easier

24 metres of estate fencing fitted today at Holme next the Sea.
It was difficult to get a great photo as gardeners were laying turf behind us in the afternoon. Nice little job completed though.

Hinge cut off and moved to level up these lovely forged gates at the Gressenhall Rural Life Museum.

Before and after of a Verveat Q616 sugarbeet harvester that tipped over.
It was fairly bent up to start with, so the worst damaged framework was cut out before heating and pulling the ring trace frame and other remaining parts straight.
New framework was set up and welded in before refitting components that were removed from old box sections and welding in new mesh.

60 metres of steel edging supplied and fitted. Kept quite low at the customers request.

Out on site this morning carrying out the repair of a large crack in a cultivator lug.
I heated the lug and straightened it as well as closing the gap before V ing out and welding the crack vertical up.
After flushing off the weld, I made a template to fabricate the strengthening plates from and fabricated a 12mm plate for each of the 4 lugs to strengthen them all whilst I was there.
All lugs made onsite, then welded with the customers Kemmpi welder 👌

Out onsite yesterday on a local farm, fitting stainless steel trims to bottoms of timber panels and sliding doors to tidy up rotten areas and also help stop rats getting in as easily.
