Out onsite today, installing extensions to the channels on a roller shutter door frame to stop to door being pushed out of its runners in high winds.
All welded with stick.

Got to see the railings I made last year this morning for the first time since they've been fitted.
I fabricated these using the original bars and arrow heads and the customer then had them shot blasted and painted by before fitting them himself.
They look great and a very happy customer had me back this morning to measure for a set of matching gates👌

A few more detailed photos of the little Kubota tractor I guarded a few weeks ago.
All designed by myself to fit the tractor and the customers requirements.
I take great pride in my work and always put alot of attention to detail into what I do, which seems to be lacking from some. You have to do the best job you can do, if you can't it's time to move on 👍

A bit fresh out today fitting the steel door i fabricated to a privately owned Type 24 Pill box.
Fitted with a full length, stainless steel hinge due to the proximity to the sea.

Getting on with some work onsite with thd mezzanine floor in a garage.
A few extra plates going on and some slots put in for cables.

Weld defects from the manufacturer that led some big cracks in 2 clamps.
V'd out fully and rewelded with a strengthening plates added for good measure.

2 buckets with new edges completed and back with the customer this week👌

Damaged section of a beet pusher cut out and replaced with a thicker 8mm plate and spreader plates added where the stays meet the sheet. Good to go again 👌
