*Strictly NO buying or selling before 12.30pm
*Public - Strictly 12.30pm Onwards
*Cafe opens at 11am - Close
*Season between March/April & October Every year
*Dogs allowed BUT MUST be on a lead-Any mess please clear up (if the weather is 25 degrees or more, dogs will not be allowed for

their own safety and wellbeing)

Please note if you bring another car containing extra items to sell, you will be charged accordingly. ON THE DAY:

POLICY PAGE

Payment for entry must be made with the correct amount. Any rubbish must be put in appropriate bins. We have recycling 'Help for Heroes' bins throughout the site. Stallholders MUST take any unsold, unwanted items home with them. If we have to dispose of rubbish, there is every likelihood that will have to put our prices up. This will also prevent our staff being put at risk. Failure to comply with our policies may result in you being asked to leave the site and not return. Our staff are there to ensure the smooth running of the car boot and ultimately for your safety. You must follow their instructions without resistance or argument. We will not tolerate abuse in any shape or form

Sunday 22nd September - The field will already be at capacity with Traders who have pre booked. If you HAVEN'T received a reply, confirming your booking, unfortunately, we just don't have enough room to fit you on 😢

If your name isn't on the list, then our apologies, but we won't be able to let you on, no if, buts or maybes - Please respect what the Staff advise you if you try to get on without booking proof and a reply confirming you're booked on.

For those of you that seem to be very disgruntled that we've cancelled. We can't help the weather forecast.

We don't enjoy cancelling! We can't just run and hope for the best as it causes chaos and we then lose money as we still have to pay everyone when you guys don't turn up or want a refund because it starts raining before we open...

A lot of work goes into each carboot, not just on the day but on the run up to, so again, we don't make the decision lightly. We try to do right by everyone.

My Dad (Allan) works tirelessly for each Carboot. He works all week and then sorts everything for the Carboot. Staff, Cafe, Bookings, set up and take down. He's up at 5am, whatever the weather and still goes up to the farm (he lives an hour away) to make the decision on tricky days.

It was his 72nd Birthday yesterday and I'm really glad as his daughter, I see these silly messages and comments (some of which I've deleted because they were just idiotic) instead of him.

Please, give it a rest and consider things past the end of your nose 🥺

🌧 Due to the weather forecast being bad for later this morning on BBC and Met Office, we've made the decision to cancel.

We're praying the weather sorts itself out on a Sunday, as they'll only be 6 Carboots left 🫣

This is the first time we have been in this predicament of being fully booked before the 9pm cut-off time, so please bear with us.
