Last night I watch the Amazing Hotels - Life beyond the Lobby on BBC 1 with Monica Geletli and Giles Coren. They visited the magnificent Jade Mountain Resort in St Lucia which just ties in with St Lucia celebrating their Independence today. Just watch and dream of tomorrow when the world is open again!
