Our Caravan is located in Lower Hyde, Shanklin, Isle of Wight. It sleeps 6 people. Has 1 double bedroom, 2 singles and has 1.5 bathrooms. It is double glazed and centrally heated. All beds are made with fresh linen and necessary towels provided prior to arrival. Kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, microwave and air fryer for convience. There is a fridge/freezer, toaster and kettle.
Outside of the Caravan is a picnic bench with parasol. Caravan has WIFI and smart speaker. Some board games and card games.
Some tea, coffee and sugars are provided, as well as 2 pints of milk and a bottle of water for arrival refreshment.
The pitch is quiet and there is parking within 100ft.
The park has plenty of facilities, including:
Children’s play areas
Bar
Restaurant
Shop
Laundrette
2 Pools 1 outside and 1 inside.
(These facilities require a park pass that can be purchased at the reception and are also usable at the other Parkdean sites on the island. These facilities are seasonal, approximately mid March to early November)

There are 4 different supermarkets within a mile of the site and the town is close by. The beach and seafront are a 5 minute drive away. Other towns on the island are no more than a 45 minute drive away and each one has something to offer for holiday enjoyment.
There are plenty of places to eat out and many attractions for adults and children.
The usual take-aways and fast food chains are available and can be delivered to site.
We do offer heavily discounted ferry tickets through Wightlink and are working to do the same through Red Funnel.
There are pamphlets in the caravan for various island attractions and postcodes for Sat Nav use. There is also a local bus timetable and taxi contact info. These can also be obtained from the reception.
