Poor old access ladder got hit by a wagon - needed lower section cutting out, then mid section straightening ... complete new lower section fabricated and fitted/welded nearly there now just front plate/panel to straighten out then loads of painting to complete the job

Back on a contract mechanical fitting job a few weeks ago working with a Manchester firm - build up assembly and testing of transfer trolley system for Sellafield nuclear . Very tricky and multi faceted teamwork job enjoyed it but glad when finally done

Always like making these latch blocks very satisfying ker-clunk when you grind the correct angles onto the mating parts

Gates and rails again..welded onto existing and bolted to house stonework ... this job was blessed with some great weather too 😎

...from a bag of rusty bars and plates ...to finally installing and gloss painting back as near 1870s original . Thanks again Hannibal Tickhill (Mark) for the help .....I needed 4 hands at one point while we built them back up...couldn't have done these without you mukka !👌
