Although we have only been open a few months, we have had some lovely comments from our guests.

+ It's like 8mins to the calm beach. In a middle of the road from Skegness to Fantasy Island. Very calm and comfy place to rest from daily routine.
- Could be nice if tv would be smart one, to share your phones screen an watch whatever you want.

+ we liked everything from the clean spacious caravan with all the home comforts,to the freindliness of staff on and off site,to all the good local takeaways and bars,and excellent walks in all directions and the dog freindly beach that never got to crowded.

Looking for a peaceful relaxing holiday with all amenities right on the doorstep. Suitable for family's and couples.
Our lovely spacious well equipped 2 bedroom central heated caravan, is on the 4 star family owned Walsh’s holiday park.
Which is situated between Skegness and Butlins. Fantasy island is only a 15 min walk, or a short drive or bus journey away.
The master bedroom has a double bed and the twin room has single mattresses that can be joined together.
Pillows and quilts are supplied, but you will need to bring your own bed linen and towels.
Our caravan is well equipped for all your cooking needs, there is a local spar shop just across the road., but if you fancy taking a break from cooking, there is a great takeaway on site. and close by are many takeaways nearby including Chinese, Pizza and the Linga Longa chip shop.
Or if you prefer eating out, the View cafe bar is on Winthorpe beach just down the road or the Lookout pub just 10 mins walk if you don't want to drive.
The caravan has a secure balcony for those long summer days.
There is a variety of family entertainment, to choose from close by karaoke and bingo at the Garden City pub, and nightly entertainment at the Royal Oak, only a short walk from the caravan. Slightly further is the Seahome arms also offering bingo and entertainment,

Winthorpe has a lovely sandy beach that is dog friendly all year round and is only a 5-minute stroll

There is a £50 deposit required to secure booking, returnable if cancelled up to 2 weeks before booking.
A £50 bond will be added to the final bill, which will be returned 7 days after the caravan has been checked for breakages or damage.
