Our friends at Coalville Belvoir Rotary Club have organised a Community Fun Run taking place at Snibston Colliery Park on Sunday 9th June 2024. This is a 2km or 5km course, depending on how far you would like to run and Wishes 4 Kids have very kindly been chosen as one of the three benefitting charities for the event. Anybody is welcome to take part including children in pushchairs, wheelchair users and well-behaved dogs. On Monday we were delighted to have the opportunity to meet the University of Leicester Women's Football team who presented us with a cheque for £250. This incredible amount of money was raised through the sale of their Varsity t-shirts.
We cannot thank you and your coach, Mark Simmons, enough for your amazing donation and for choosing to support our Charity. We wish you the very best of luck in all of your matches including your next match against DMU on the 18th of March.
