We have 3 caravan's, Our RUBY RED Caravan, PURPLE PALACE Caravan, on Ingoldale Park & BLUE BEACH Caravan on, Promenade Park, & Manage GREY & PINK Caravan, Ingoldale Park. We are a family run page, our aim is to provide you with help & advice with booking your 2022 holidays, We will keep all guests informed whenever there is news about the covid-19 situation / Lockdown's, etc. But with any
Lockdown's, we will update you all via our page, or via inbox, for the booking's effective at the times, when we find out if and when we do open for the new season. There is a charge of £50 non refundable deposits, per caravan, per booking, which is required at time of booking. Also, there is a charge of £100 for refundable bond, it will only be refunded back if no damage to caravan or any breach of rule's, will be paid within 72 hours of your departure. Full payment of refundable bond, & holiday cost's is to be paid in full 6 weeks before your holiday date ). Bookings details: For Ruby Red / Purple Palace:
Can be booked: sat - sat ONLY in JULY / AUG. Sat - sat, mon - fri, fri - mon, etc, for a minimum of 2 night's. We also do payment plan's for people who want to spread the cost of there holiday. Bookings details: For Blue Beach:
Can be only booked: mon - fri ( most weeks ) unless stated available dates on our caravan page. Passes for Coastfield's, ( passes cant be bought via Coastfield's directly as they have to be bought via us, as its via a private hire ) which the cost is £50 for 7 nights, for up to 1 - 8 people. for most of our weeks, we have included the passes in the holiday price. { NOT AVAILABLE WHILE COVID-19 SITUATION IS AROUND. ) ( the passes are only available for the Ruby Red and Purple Palace caravans. )
There is NO smoking allowed in ALL the caravan. No candles, burners or Incense sticks allowed in ALL the caravans. Smoking is only allowed outside on the balcony where ashtrays are provided. We have a professional cleaner to clean the van between all lets. We are about 300 yards walk to the market. Our Purple Palace caravan & Ruby Red caravan, are on the Ingoldale Park, In-between the Coastfield's site and Ingoldmell's market, there is a main bus stop right out side the main Ingoldale entrance. In our Purple Palace, themed 8 berth caravan we have,
~ in the main bedroom there is a luxury memory form mattress double bed, with ample wardrobe space. which includes a 22'' L.C.D. and in built DVD player.
~ x2 twin single bedrooms, with both having ample wardrobe space.
~ a double sofa bed in living room area if required.
~ a shower room with sink & heater,
~ a separate toilet with sink,
~ a welcoming fully fitted kitchen,
~ and a comfortable living area and dining area.
~ comes with large 32'' TV and Free-view DVD player
~ electric heating in all bedrooms,
~ new comfortable seating outside,

~ lots of books, DVD's and games to play, plus lots of buckets and spreads for all the kids to play with, when u visit the beach.

No groups off hen or stag party's, only family's and couples welcome. The Ruby Red & Purple Palace caravan's,
sit's on the Ingoldale site, which offers a pub, chip shop & amusement arcade. It is also apart of Coastfield's site, which includes the use of Swimming pool, spa, slide and toddler pool, COAST-FIELDS FAMILY SHOW BAR ( the use of these can only be use when passes are brought for your stay). There is THE AQUA LOUNGE - STARBUCKS AND BAR, amusements arcade, café, BA RUMBA - KARAOKE AND BINGO, Free Land Train from Coastfield's site to Ingoldmell's market, reception, Londi Super Market, Chinese Takeaway, On site Launderette and also is apart of FOUR WINDS TAVERN. 1) Please - There is NO SMOKING, ANYWHERE inside the caravan. There are ashtrays provided, for the outside of the caravan, on the balcony. No candles, burners or Incense sticks, allowed in any of the caravan's.
2) Please - DO NOT throw any cigarette butt's on the grass outside the caravan - Please use the ashtray's provided.
3) Please - leave the caravan clean, as you have found it clean.
4) Please - empty all bin's before you leave, As there are big bin's at the end of each row of the caravan's.
5) Please - do NOT leave black bag's of the rubbish on the outside of the caravan, as dog's or foxes will rip them open.
6) Please - Fold all wooden chair's up and put them at the end of the balcony and please use the pad lock and chain provided to lock away the chairs, to the balcony, before you leave,
7) If the living room double sofa bed is required. to locate the double quilt, x 2 pillow's, double throw over, you will find them under the corner section of the seating area.
8) A) Please - Try NOT to break or Damage any think, If you do, Please let us know asap. B) On your arrival to our caravan, if any think is damaged or broken, you must report it within the first 24 hours, to us or contact the site office, so they can let us know. any failure to let us know within the first 24 hours, and we will be unable to sort any think out, and you will be made responsible for any damage or break age, and will result in your deposit being forfeited. C) During holiday, if any damage or breakage happens, please let us know asap, So we can either fix or replace the item. 9) Only one car is to be parked at end of caravan, AT ALL TIMES. Any other car in your party, will have to park in overflow car park. this is Ingoldale site rules.
10) Only the named person or persons are allowed to be staying in the caravan or to use the site faculties.
11) This caravan has a fair usage claws, on gas and electricity usage. please be aware if felt you have used more than the normal usage you may be charged for this by money being with held from your bond.
12) You are not permitted to leave any gas fire or cooker or heating items on for long periods of time, especially when you leave the caravan unattended and go out, and not at any terms to leave the gas fire on over night, you are very welcome to have the electric heating on over night, or use the extra blankets as provided, and breach of this you will forfeit your bond.
13) when using any item of which is in or outside the caravan, that is either included in your holiday or as an extra, for example, dog cage, baby cot and hair chair, outside seating area, please respect these items, as you would your own, as any damage to these or theft would be in breach of these terms and you will forfeit your bond.
14) as we sometimes allow small, or medium size dogs into our caravan, we provide a dog cage and cushion, and this is to be used when or if, any dog is left unattended, and to be used over night, also please use the blue blankets to cover the sofas to stop dog hairs.
15) when dogs are in the caravan, please be respectful of the other holiday makers so the dogs are not barking for long periods of time mainly when untended, plus please make sure that you pick up and bin all dog mess. as this can at risk of fines by Ingoldale park. Terms and Condition's:
Your bond will be at risk if:
1) you or any of your party damage any part inside or outside of the caravan. plus a bill would be sent for any cost which is over the amount of the deposit amount.
2) ANY report's of anti-social behaviour, drunken behaviour or complaints from either site office, security, police or other caravan owner's.
3) ANY incidents of theft off any kind at the caravan would mean a loss of your deposit and a bill will be sent out for the cost of replacing the item's.
4) Your deposit and any amount of money's paid for, will be at risk if full payment is not made at the time of the six week period before booking.
5) Your deposit will be at risk, if any person or person's who are not on the booking form, who is either staying at the caravan or is causing any trouble or using site faculties, which will cause any breaches in your contract or caravan rules for hiring the caravan.
6) Your bond will be refunded to you, once a check from our cleaner has happened and they have let us know that the caravan is clean and tidy and no damage has been reported back to us. this would take up to 72 hours from your departure day. WE ARE ON THE ORIGINAL ICF LIST OF VERIFIED CARAVAN OWNERS. PLEASE LOOK ON IT IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEM'S.
