Our Story
The van is situated on Millfield caravan site, down Walls lane, opposite Butlins, it is a 3 bedroom (6 berth) van, one double room and two twin, it is very spacious, can accomodate 8 with sofa bed in living room. Has shower room and seperate toilet, living area and kitchen, 21inch tv/dvd, dvds, mini hifi, playstation 2 with games, toaster, kettle, microwave, cooker/grill, mini fridge with small freezer box.
There is a gas fire in the living area and also heaters to keep you warm on those cold nights
The site is quite, owned by blue anchor the area around the van is very spacious and clean for children to play with a small car park across from the van.
The site opposite (Skegness waterside) is for tourers and campers and is open to the public, here you will find a lovely pub that serves hot meals and carvery with evening entertainment, a childrens outdoor play area, fishing lake and cable sking and a shop.
Down the lane is Cheers pub, with family room which serves hot meals and has evening entertainment.
Across the road you will find Butlins, you can purchase day passes to go into Butlins which is a fantastic day out.
Fantasy island is walkable, and across the road, about 10 minutes walk you will find the beach, arcades, pub that serves meals, trampolines for the children and a few penny rides, ice cream van etc.
Skegness is also walkable or 10 minute drive.
Prices start from £150-£350 Sat-Sat, we do weekends, short breaks also
Summer School holidays are all £350 but are going fast
To book we require a £50 non-refundable bond, this is returned on return of the key and inspection of the van.
Booking form is required to be filled in and deposit paid within 14 days of booking
Balance is to be paid 8 weeks before your holiday
All reciepts are given for payment and a confirmation of booking
