Caroline launched Arlington Recruitment in Jan 2000 after a successful career within Human Resources working for both SME’S and Corporates. As part of her HR function, she was heavily involved in recruitment both internally as well as dealing with external suppliers, as a result she very quickly recognised a gap in the market for an Independent Consultancy who understood the needs of both clients and candidates alike in order to deliver a customised and personal service. Arlington Recruitment have expertise within a number of industries and Caroline and her team cover all sectors from Junior roles to Senior management in all areas of Administration, Sales and Finance. As a HR Specialist, Caroline is also able to offer a consultancy service to clients which is a key factor that sets Arlington apart from the rest. With Caroline’s passion Arlington are dedicated to ‘getting it right’. Sue Carter
With over 20 years experience within the Recruitment Industry in both Corporate and Independent consultancy , Sue joined Arlington in January 2009 after recruiting externally for Oury Clark for over 8 years. With a wealth of experience across all sectors including, Sales, Finance, Commercial and Executive recruitment, Sue has enjoyed strong business relationships with both Corporate and SME’s and developed a portfolio of contacts across a number of industries. Sue was brought on-board to join the Recruitment team within Arlington as well as to assist in building and developing new business relationships and to take an active role with offering a complete recruitment solution to our Inward Investment clients.
