Demolition Excavator Operator

We are looking to appoint a highly experienced Demolition Excavator Operator to join our demolition team. Candidates must hold a current CPCS card and relevant plant operation tickets. Significant experience of safe working practices on demolition sites is essential.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate significant experience of working in the demolition environment with experience of using a range of excavator attachments used in demolition activities, when applying for the role.

This event reopened the outdoor cricket facility, which is one the best in South Wales. It was dedicated to a lifelong member of the club, Keith Davies MBE, who has been with the club for over 60 years and responsible for the junior section for over 40 of those years. This was a great testament for a gentleman who has done so much for the club.

As part of our continued support and Social Value commitments, Prichard’s have been the main direct sponsor of Miskin Manor Cricket Club for the last 4 years. Our support to Miskin’s seniors, juniors, and ladies cricket enables for the provision of kit, equipment, machines, grounds maintenance and upkeep of buildings and facilities.

This is truly an honour to be a part of this great cause and even greater club and we look forward to helping the club and the local community that benefits from it in the years to come.

As a valued supporter of the Lighthouse Charity and our events in Wales I’d like to let you know of this year’s golf day which is being held on Friday June 14th at Cottrell Park Golf Club in the Vale of Glamorgan.

With this year’s change of venue we also have some exciting additions to the day which include Beat the Pro, spot prizes and a raffle.

There are breakfast rolls on arrival before a shot gun start so that everyone can enjoy the presentation and 2 course dinner together -there is also free use of a state-of-the-art golf simulator as well as pool and snooker tables. Buggies are available, but must be pre booked and are subject to a small charge .

Key Responsibilities:

• Monthly CVR reporting, including cost and value forecasting;
• Ongoing review of client terms ensuring we adhere to all obligations to achieve client satisfaction;
• Monitor project output vs budgets – Aid the project team in target setting;
• Valuation and payments – achieve correct amounts within contract timescales;
• Identifying the most appropriate procurement strategy and successful implementation.

Applicants must be able demonstrate:
• Degree level qualification in Quantity Surveying or equivalent;
• Wide understanding of various contracts, in particular, NEC, JCT, ICE.
Excellent communicator with effective presentation skills;
• Significant experience as quantity surveyor within the construction industry.

The successful applicant would need to have knowledge of;
• Provide first-line support for IT issues, including troubleshooting hardware and software problems;
• Windows operating systems, Windows servers, including DC Servers. Microsoft 365;

• Installation, configuration and repair of hardware including installation of operating systems and applications for different aspects of the company;

The gang will be made up of;
