Tucked away in the peaceful surroundings of Babin K*k โ a forested area on the Lapad peninsula, just outside the historic centre of Dubrovnik โ this hotel is a delightful place to spend a laid-back holiday on Croatiaโs Adriatic Coast. With pebbly Copacabana Beach just a few minutes' stroll away, afternoons spent swimming and sunbathing will be a cinch. The beach comes with a side of culture, too, as it's home to sculptures and installations by local artists.
This place offers a whole host of great amenities for both leisure and relaxation, including an outdoor pool with water slides, nearby tennis courts (extra charge), and a comprehensive daily sports line up with group activities such as aqua aerobics, yoga and Nordic walking. Plus, there's live music to look forward to in the evenings during summer season.
This is a fantastic choice if you're travelling with little ones, too, thanks to Maro World โ and entire complex dedicated to fun and games. Think organised activities at the kids' club, a soft play area, trampoline zone, and bumper games lounge with everything from modern games consoles to old school board games.
From the Mediterranean buffet with show cooking stations and themed evenings (during high season) to the poolside ร la carte grill restaurant, you can expect all kinds of delicious food here. And as if all of that wasn't enough, the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Old Town of Dubrovnik is just a 10-minute taxi ride away, so you can easily take some time to explore of Croatia's most picturesque medieval towns. Spend an afternoon moseying around the labyrinth of cobblestone streets โ you never know what you might find.
