This lakeside pied-à-terre is a sweet and cozy spot to enjoy all that a beach vacation in Southampton has to offer without stressing your budget. Spend a week (or longer) nestled in the village of Southampton just steps from the main thoroughfare and beach access points. Park the car and begin your walkable lakeside vacation with a welcoming glass of sangria and a warm greeting from your host and homeowner.
This vacation unit is a self-contained, two-bedroom space with a private entrance located in back of the house. Two charming bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other contains two double beds for a maximum of 5 guests. Pillows, blankets and coverlets provided, bring your own bedsheets and towels. Pets are welcome but note the yard is not fenced. In-unit laundry, a kitchenette and lots of storage/closet space. Two televisions with streaming services: Netflix and Prime are provided. Gas BBQ available as well. Two chaise lounges and an outdoor bistro table for enjoying sun or shade in the backyard. The yard is not spacious so it's best to plan your croquet, bocci ball, co****le games etc for the times you are at the beach. Portable beach shelters are available as is a beach wagon for lugging all the essentials to and from the beach.
