New project underway today in Leigh on Sea for a private client 🏡

Full roof replacement, removal of spray foam insulation, remedial works to rafters and flat to hipped roof conversion.

Structural alterations, extension, kitchen, new en-suite bathroom and internal refurbishment.

Pedestrian access and parking bays completed at the former MrPools club in Elmstead Market 🎱

16m3 concrete laid in two pours. Slate borders, pedestrian gate and barriers to follow.

Good service and reliable deliveries from Silverton Builders Merchants and db concrete limited as usual and thanks to Shepherd Contracting for mucking in when we needed to catch up.

Works have now started at this Grade II Listed Cottage in Old Road, Great Clacton.

UCSL have been appointed to secure the site and carry out remedial works following a series of break-ins and vandalism.

We are looking forward to seeing the property completed and ready to occupy in this sought after location. Watch this space to see how the project progresses 🏠

Phase 1 of concrete repairs at this residential block in Southend is now complete. The works were fully specified and overseen by Sika and RJL Structural Limited to ensure the lifespan of this structure is guaranteed for years to come.

We are excited to have been awarded our first major project of 2021 - replacing 72 timber decked balconies on this apartment block with class A2 non-combustible decking.
