We have secured the internal package for the newest student accommodation in Falmouth on the site of Ocean Bowl. The development will consist of 4 & 6 bedroom houses, totalling 190 bedrooms, all with their own communal kitchen and lounges. Additionally there is a separate block for communal space incorporating a gym, common room, cinema room & laundry facilities.

We are making good progress at The Fitzroy in Falmouth. Partitions are up throughout the building, we are currently in the process of boarding on the ground floor and next we will be boarding up through the other floors.

We have secured the ceilings and partitions package for a prestigious development of one and two bedroom retirement apartments for Midas Construction.

The apartments will boast panoramic views across Falmouth Bay, out towards Pendennis Castle, and will be set within a five-storey building.
