Hey everyone,

I wanted to share something with you all. Over the past few months I’ve been taking a mental health break—a time I really needed to pause, recharge, and take care of myself. Even though I’ve been quieter here, I’ve been working away in the background, planning and reflecting on how I can bring you even more meaningful content.

I’m finding I can get the balance I wanted now between the kids and work without putting so much pressure on myself to grow my business .

As I start to ease back in, I’d love to hear from you! What kind of travel inspiration lights you up? Are there specific destinations, tips, or even offers that you’d love to see from me? Your ideas and feedback mean so much, and I want to make this space as inspiring and helpful as possible.

Yesterday was 🌏World Mental Health Day 🌏

So I just wanted to share I few things on my own personal journey. I have suffered with anxiety and panic attacks for a good while since the birth of my eldest child . and used medication on and off to help control

However recently I have had a few things going on in my personal life and my mental heath hasn’t been the best . I have felt a little lost .

Because of this I have been away a bit from social media. putting my focus on work on my current customers making sure their service isnt impacted and spending time with friends and family outside of work . I have started therapy and making sure i take my medication as its been on and off.

Running your own business can take its toll and is stressful at times but finding the right customers is Key My plan was to grow this year but I have put too much pressure on myself and things dont always go as planned .

Searching for a holiday and creating travel plans takes a lot of time . I’m a perfectionist and I like to make sure i am thorough. I have come across a few people that has asked for my services only to book online or ghost me .or go to its absolutely what happens in this business but with everything else thats been going on thats just made me question things

Mental health issues are often stigmatized, leading to shame or embarrassment, Open discussions help normalize mental health struggles. Its ok not to be ok and to talk about things

I am currently in Crete, enjoying some much needed sun and relaxation whilst checking out some incredible properties. That im excited to share
